DESCRIPTION: Innerstave introduces Binsert™ an oak fermenting system for use in half-ton bins. This lightweight stainless-steel fixture holds 20 Innerstave French and American oak stub staves, providing the equivalent extraction of 2 ½ barrels. The Binsert™ offers winemakers the convenience to easily add the grapes to the oak and punch down the must, resulting in a longer submersion of the skins in the fermenting juice, leading to more complexity of the wine.
