DESCRIPTION: The Beverage Supply Group offers chips from select forests in the Allier region of France. The chips are toasted by convection heat, infra-red heat and fire. The chips are available in three profiles: Fire (producing the char/chocolate qualities of a heavy toast French oak barrel), Vanilla (contributes a soft, smooth vanilla character) and House Blend (varied levels of toast create the profile of a medium toast French barrel).
