Jason O. Edwards has opened J. Oliver Marketing in San Luis Obispo. Edwards’ marketing firm will be serving clients throughout California and other winegrowing regions in the United States.
For more than ten years, Edwards has held various wine industry positions during which he managed direct-to-consumer sales and relationship programs, expanded national and international sales, lead re-branding efforts to include new product packaging and identity and successfully developed several new businesses and products from inception to launch. He has held successful stints at Eberle Winery among other Central Coast producers.
"I have led an amazing career in all aspects of the wine industry and feel lucky to have been offered the professional opportunities I have been given and to meet an incredible network of friends and colleagues. My experience and relationships have made the transition to consulting seem like a natural next step,” says Edwards.
He continues, "consulting has offered me an opportunity to share my marketing experience with a range of new people and projects, including writers and innovative products. It's an exciting time in the wine industry and I am enjoying it everyday."
