Winemaker and General Manager Jack Stuart announced that Jo Dayoan has joined Benessere Vineyards as Wine Club Director. “Jo brings twenty years of expertise to this role,” Stuart explained. “Benessere’s Club members are a lively and dedicated group, and Jo will tantalize them with a broad range of offerings and events.”
Dayoan comes from Silverado Vineyards, where she directed the wine club and direct-to-consumer sales for the past thirteen years. She was instrumental in initiating online sales, creating and expanding wine club membership tiers, as well as managing direct-to-consumer compliance regulations.
“I look forward to the fantastic challenges and opportunities of working for a small family winery,” she said. “Direct-to-consumer sales have become an ever important and crucial segment of wine industry revenues, particularly for small producers. We want to expand on the great experiences our club members have, continue to offer personalized service and craft excellent wines for our members. Dedication, organization, and top-notch customer service are key components of a successful club director,” she added.
Jo’s other interests have included involvement with the Napa High Choir Choral Boosters, Napa Little League and Girls’ Softball, Manaleo Hawaiian Cultural Foundation of Napa, and the Susan B. Komen Foundation 5K walk-run fundraisers.
