Thomas comes to the sales department with over 20 years of sales experience across a multitude of disciplines including direct-to-consumer, direct-to-business and consultative sales. With over 12 years of experience in direct-to-consumer wine sales management for one of the nation’s largest direct-to-consumer wineries, he brings a unique understanding of the requirements for maintaining and growing direct-to-consumer wine sales.
His work in sales operations also gives him a solid working knowledge of winery software needs and requirements. His goal is to deliver over-the-top customer satisfaction and he is intently interested in building new relationships in the industry every day.
