Quintessential Names New Off-Premise Chain Manager
Family-owned fine wine import, marketing and sales company, Quintessential, has announced that Danni Lynn Bohl-Simross has been promoted to helm the company’s national retail chain sales, reporting directly to National Sales Manager and Quintessential co-owner Dennis Kreps.
Danni hails from Washington State, grew up in Long Beach, CA and returned to Seattle where she attended the University of Washington and started her career in the wine, beer and spirits industry with K&L Distributing Company.
In 2002, Danni joined Centerra Wine Company, a division of Constellation Wines US. Her experience and expertise in both sales and administration led to the opportunity to move to Dallas in 2005 to help open the Central Division of this wine marketing and sales company. As On-Premise Market Manager, she was responsible for 27 well-known wine brands and helped set brand objectives and account distribution goals – working closely with the distributors on promotional programs and fiscal reviews. Danni was named “MVP” in 2007 at Constellation’s National Sales Meeting for creating original and effective on-premise marketing programs.
In 2008, Danni joined Quintessential and has been responsible for increasing sales to the point that Texas is consistently among the company’s top five sales states. She was named Quintessential “Salesperson of the Year” in 2009. Danni is married, with one daughter and three sons, living just outside Dallas, TX.
According to Dennis Kreps, “Danni has been a superstar at Quintessential since the first day she started working for us and her contacts in Texas have been extremely valuable in helping our retail chain sales business around the country. We’re sure she’ll continue to produce great sales results."
