Steve Grass Joins Pali Wine Co. and Tower 15 Winery as Midwest Regional Sales Manager

Pali Wine Co. and Tower 15 Founder and Managing Partner Tim Perr announced today the hiring of Steve Grass as Midwest Regional Sales Manager. Grass will work with National Sales Director Gary White in this new position, orchestrating sales in 14 Midwest states including: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Kansas, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Ohio and Minnesota. In addition to overseeing sales for Pali, Grass will handle sales for Pali's sister winery, Tower 15.

Grass joins the company with vast experience in wine sales. He started out working as Heck Estates' Illinois State Manager in 2000, where he steadily grew sales over his four year tenure. In 2004 he was promoted to Central US Regional Sales Manager. Grass joined Ascentia Wine Estates in 2010 as the North Central US Regional Manager, overseeing 13 states while developing new product presentations and increasing regional sales. While at Ascentia, Grass was consistently a top performer, responsible for a twelve percent growth rate while with the company.

Grass graduated from Suffolk University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He holds a diploma from Brown Forman Global Wine Education and a certificate of completion from the Chicago Wine School. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, golfing and hockey.

Tower 15 Winery was launched in 2011 by Tim Perr and Scott Knight, founders of Pali Wine Co. Tower 15 is comprised of Rhône and Bordeaux varietals grown in the Paso Robles AVA, in California's Central Coast. Winemaker Aaron Walker manages the day-to-day winemaking and operations of Tower 15 Winery in Lompoc, Calif. Kenneth Juhasz, consulting winemaker, brings his expertise to Tower 15 as well, working alongside Walker to craft distinct, terroir-driven wines under both Pali and Tower 15 labels.
