Napa Valley, C.A., July 2, 2013—The Napa Valley Wine Library Association will host their annual Winemaker’s Seminar Aug. 10 at the former COPIA Center in Napa. This year’s Winemaker’s Seminar, titled “Pairing Words and Wine,” will offer a fresh take on the wine business. The panel will feature leaders from the next generation of wine professionals, including popular author Chelsea Prince, who will lead the panel of Millennial wine industry movers and shakers.
The panel will feature subjects from Prince’s new book, Rock and Vine: Next Generation Changemakers in America’s Wine Country. The book reveals the lives and innovations of these new industry leaders. The Rock and Vine book will come to life as those featured in the book share their insight and approach to the wine industry. Each will delve into their personal experiences in continuing the legacy of the Napa Valley and Sonoma wine regions. Attendees will be able to interact with the panelists during and after the event. Panelists will share their favorite wines with attendees at an intimate post-panel gathering.
“The Napa Valley Wine Library is excited to share a fresh perspective on the new opportunities in the wine industry as we bridge the gap between Napa and Sonoma, as well as our winemaking generations,” said Carolyn Martini, president of the Napa Valley Wine Library Association. “We are thrilled to listen and learn from these new voices in our industry.”
