Eric Flanagan, owner of Flanagan Wines, has acquired Everett Ridge Winery in Dry Creek Valley through bankruptcy proceedings. Flanagan bought the property after its previous owners, the Sterling family, relinquished their winery to Bank of the West. Court records showed Flanagan secured a $5.2 million loan for the deal.
