Three Texas Tech students have been selected to present their research at the American Society for Enology and Viticulture National Conference in Monterey, California on June 26-27.
The presentations include:
Viticulture: The effects of sunlight and LED light on methoxypyrazine content of ripening berries of Cabernet Sauvignon by Cassandra Plank and Ed Hellman
Enology: (1) Post-harvest high heat treatment on grapes and the effects on wine quality relating compounds by Yanmei Zhang and Brent Trela; (2) Evaluation of Qvevri in Winemaking by Yanmei Zhang, Kyle Johnston, and Brent Trela
