Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Coordinator to support our growing winery operations. This role sits at the center of our client experience, managing everything from order processing and allocation fulfillment to tasting bookings and CRM-driven communication. The ideal candidate brings both operational precision and a natural ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day DTC operations including order processing, fulfillment coordination, and allocation management
• Support wine club operations, including member communication, updates, and retention initiatives
• Maintain and nurture client relationships, delivering a high-touch, personalized experience
• Coordinate tasting appointments and manage the winery calendar to optimize guest flow
• Execute and support SMS and campaign outreach through RedChirp
• Maintain accurate customer data and activity within CRM systems
• Assist with release execution, including order entry, customer follow-up, and troubleshooting
• Work cross-functionally with hospitality, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a DTC winery environment
• Strong background in wine club and allocation management
• Proven customer service skills with a hospitality-driven mindset
• Experience with CRM platforms; familiarity with Commerce7 and/or WineDirect preferred (not essential)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
