Quini Debuts Next Generation Wine Tasting App

Posted on November 07, 2019

Vancouver, B.C.—Quini, the leader in consumer sensory data and technology solutions for the wine industry, today announced Quini 2.0, its next generation wine tasting and rating application.

The new, enhanced application standardizes the wine tasting and review process across mobile devices, to deliver a consistent, advanced tasting experience for all users. Quini 2.0 also restructures the tasting flow and introduces new tasting review steps, further enhancing the user experience and strengthening the depth of Quini’s consumer generated data.

“Quini 2.0 is even more intuitive and enables tasters to express their opinion in wine with greater detail,” said Roger Noujeim, Quini’s chief executive officer. “This extends Quini’s advantage in the wine sensory and attitudinal data market with deeper, richer data and insight that our clients, both wineries and liquor retailers can capitalize on.”

Wine marketing and business intelligence (BI) teams use Quini’s proprietary sensory and attitudinal data platform, QUINI DATA, to better understand consumers and markets, find answers to difficult business questions more quickly, inform wine making, and drive critical brand and operational decisions.

Quini 2.0 is available exclusively as a Web-based application. It is instantly accessible on any connected device, by signing in on the company’s website and without having to download it from any app stores.

QUINI today delivers on-demand answers to a growing number of wine producers, both large and small. Quini clients include some of the largest wine producers in the United States and Canada.

Quini is the leader in near real-time wine sensory data and technology solutions for the wine industry. Privately held, Quini is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. The Quini project is co-funded by CMF (Canada Media Fund).
