STARS (Selective Tartrate Removal System), is OENODIA’s membrane-based technology for Tartrate Stabilization and pH Adjustment and has been proven to be 100% reliable providing enhanced wine quality, impressive power savings, zero wine loss and reduced water usage.

The STARS Mobile Service delivers OENODIA’s STARS for Tartrate Stabilization and pH Adjustment directly to wineries. With increasing demand for sustainable processes among winemakers along with a desire to streamline costs, STARS Mobile service provides access to this innovative solution without the expense of installing a permanent unit. To address increasing demand for their mobile service, OENODIA will welcome the delivery of a new mobile unit in May which will increase throughput from 800 to 1600 gallons per hour and includes a reverse osmosis to further improve the water saving capacity.

Cliff Burmester, STARS Mobile Service Coordinator along with OENODIA’s North America Wine Business Manager, Domingo Rodriguez will be available at the WiVi show to answer any questions regarding this innovative, sustainable technology.
