Elite Advisors Alliance Launched, Offers Broad-based Expert Approach
March 7, 2016, Napa, Calif.—A group of nine prominent local business, wealth, and legal experts have announced the formation of a strategic partnership, named the Elite Advisors Alliance (“EAA”) (www.eliteadvisorsalliance.com). The EAA was created to help business owners and their families build, sustain and protect their legacies of business success, sustainable wealth and charitable giving. EAA's services are designed for all businesses, including agricultural firms, wineries, and vineyards.
Because professionals often operate within “silos” that are not well-integrated, advice can be confusing or contradictory. With EAA, owners and families can make one call to access a team of experts with aligned services, resulting in more holistic solutions across a wider range of business and wealth management needs.
“EAA’s broad-based approach, integrating multiple disciplines and expert domains, offers significant value to our clients. Our creative solutions are generated and assisted by Napa Valley’s top thinkers and leaders in their respective fields,” said EAA spokesperson and co-founder Mel Engle.
Another EAA member Greg Bennett added, “The EAA works from a place of integrity and objectivity, pulling everyone together to create customized solutions for the complex and unique problems that families in business can have.“
Collectively, EAA members have decades of experience in estate planning, tax strategy/minimization, exit planning, wealth management, business performance consulting and executive coaching. “The EAA will work cross-functionally, using proven analytical methods and concepts, to put in place business and estate planning strategies that protect cash flow while improving net worth and reducing unnecessary risk and tax exposure,” said EAA co-founder Robert Green.
EAA members include: Dave Gaw, Jeff Stephens and Jaime Watson (Partners, Gaw Van Male), Greg Bennett, CPA (Managing Partner, G&J Seiberlich & Co LLP), Paul Krsek and Jeff Roush (Partners, 5T Wealth Management), Robert Green (Owner, Robert Green and Company), Mel Engle (CEO, Engle Strategic Solutions) and Sean Hutchinson (CEO, Strategic Value Advisors).
