Established in 1947, fourth generation family owned and operated Terlato Wine Group (TWG) today announced the promotion of Sandra LeDrew to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer of Terlato Wine Group.
LeDrew joined TWG as President of Winery Operations and Chief Development Officer in March of 2017.
Bill Terlato, President and CEO of Terlato Wine Group said, “Sandra quickly made a positive impact developing and implementing innovative business practices and processes across all of our family-owned wineries and brands. In our quest to constantly increase our effectiveness and fine tune planning and execution, we have created a new role to oversee day to day operations of Terlato Wines (TWI). This will allow me more time to focus on strategic planning, working with our winery partners around the world, and developing and mentoring our next generation of key executives and family members.
Commenting on her appointment, LeDrew said, “I initially joined the Terlato business because I was impressed with their appetite for growth and their vision of being a multi-generational family-owned luxury beverage company. As we look to the future, I am confident we will achieve that vision by maintaining a laser sharp focus on building our brands and working closely with our distributor partners to grow our market share.”
LeDrew will continue to lead the management of business operations for the family’s Winery Operations and effective immediately, will take on the added responsibility of Terlato Wines International and will remain a member of the company’s Leadership Team reporting directly to Bill Terlato.
