Bryan Carr Joins Sonoma County Vintners in New Director of Marketing Post

Sonoma County Vintners announced the hiring of wine industry marketing veteran Bryan Carr for the newly created director of marketing position in the organization. In this new role, Carr will oversee strategic marketing initiatives and events designed to support the group’s marketing goals locally, nationally, and internationally.

Carr, a Sonoma County native, brings a diverse brand management background to the position, with tenure at some of Sonoma County’s best-known wineries, including La Crema, Gary Farrell, Buena Vista Carneros, Arrowood and Sebastiani. He most recently served as a marketing consultant to the Alexander Valley Winegrowers, Sonoma Wine Country Weekend, and several Sonoma County hotels and wineries.

“We are thrilled to have Bryan join Sonoma County Vintners,” said executive director Honore Comfort. “He brings a range of strategic experience and an understanding of the Sonoma County wine industry to our team that will serve our members well.”
