ABOUT HOPE FAMILY WINES
Rooted in a vision to grow grapes and make great wine in what was once a little-known wine region, Hope Family Wines makes a variety of offerings that reflect the unique terrain and exceptional environmental assets of Paso Robles.
Owner, Austin Hope grew up in Paso Robles working alongside his father Chuck Hope, inheriting his love and respect for the region. He led the family’s move into winemaking in 1995 and thus began his exploration into the potential of Paso Robles wine country.
Today, Austin is showcasing an even greater sweep of the Paso region and expressing a similar richness with the Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon – The 2017 vintage recently was listed on the 2019 “Enthusiast Top 100” as the #10 top wine of the world, an award never previously given to a Paso Robles wine. Austin oversees the production of Austin Hope, Treana, Liberty School, Troublemaker, and Quest wines. Though driven by exploration and innovation, Austin’s vision remains: to make wines that reflect all that Paso has to offer and inspire people to be as excited about Paso Robles as Austin himself.
