Miller Family Wine Company Announces Role Expansion for Bien Nacido's Will Costello

Posted on November 06, 2019

Santa Maria, Calif.—Miller Family Wine Company, the newest division of the industry-leading Thornhill Companies, is pleased to announce that Master Sommelier Will Costello, who represents Bien Nacido & Solomon Hills Estates as Brand Ambassador, will now also be taking over wine export sales for the brands.

Since 2017, Costello has been a valuable asset to Bien Nacido & Solomon Hills Estates, bringing a deep understanding of wine hospitality to his role as Estate Brand Ambassador, in addition to a long list of honors and distinctions in the wine world – most notably the title of Master Sommelier by the American Chapter of the Court of Master Sommeliers and recognition as one of the “Top New Sommeliers 2013” by Wine & Spirits Magazine.

Expanding upon his current role as Estates Ambassador, Costello will now also hold the title of Wine Export Sales Manager, responsible for managing export markets for Bien Nacido & Solomon Hills Estates.

“We were honored when Will first joined our team as Brand Ambassador, and given his extensive background in the wine industry, we weren’t surprised to see him flourish in the role,” says Nicholas Miller, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “He has proven to be ardent, motivated team player who dives in head first to any task that comes his way, which is why we knew he’d be the right person to take over export sales and further represent the brand.”
