Anderson's Conn Valley Vineyards Announces Three Key Personnel Changes

Posted on December 20, 2018

St. Helena— 12/26/2018 — Today at the Napa Valley winery, Anderson’s Conn Valley Vineyards (ACVV), announce the addition of key team members, both in Direct-to-Consumer sales and in Wholesale sales for the brands Anderson’s Conn Valley Vineyards, and Ghost Horse Vineyards.

Anderson’s Conn Valley has appointed Brandii Magliulo as Director of Consumer Sales. Ms. Magliulo was most recently head of DTC sales at the Martinelli Winery and prior to that with the Pezzi King winery. Her team also welcomes Mr. Tom Lynch as DTC Sales Manager, who was previously handling similar departments at the Martinelli and V. Sattui wineries. Both Brandii and Tom will be based at the winery in Conn Valley, St. Helena.

“This new DTC management team is so dynamic – they’re making very positive improvements to our wine club, tasting room, outreach and email strategies already,” said Todd Anderson, Owner/Winemaker, “No doubt, we’re better prepared for 2019.”

As a small producer of luxury Cabernet Sauvignon, we continue to be challenged by ever-rising competition here in the valley, but also by the consolidation across the wholesale landscape,” said Jim Silver, General Manager at the Anderson’s wineries.

“We are therefore pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Shulsky to the National Sales Director position for all brands. Keith is very experienced and very well connected across the country,” said Mr. Silver.

Keith was previously Director of Sales for Bonny Doon Vineyard in Santa Cruz, and prior to that with California wholesaler Epic Wines. Keith, who is a certified sommelier, will be based from Los Angeles, CA.

Anderson Conn Valley Vineyards was founded in 1983 by Gus and Todd Anderson, and remains a privately held winery to this day, producing about 6,000 cases of ultra-premium Napa Valley wines, mostly estate grown and estate bottled, including among other things, Napa Cabernet Sauvignon ($58), “Estate Reserve” Cabernet Sauvignon ($125), and red blends “Eloge” ($125) and “Aurum” ($395), which have received 93, 94, 97+ and 98+ points in the most recent issue of the Wine Advocate respectively.

Ghost Horse Vineyards, founded in 1999 by Todd Anderson is a small producer of very rare and exclusive Cabernet Sauvignon from a 1.5ac vineyard in Coombsville AVA.

The Owner/winemaker of both ACVV and Ghost Horse Vineyards is Todd G. Anderson of Napa, CA.
