Donati Family Vineyard Promotes Mitch Bakich to Director of Sales and Marketing

Templeton, California (January 9, 2018) – Donati Family Vineyard is proud to announce the recent promotion of Mitch Bakich to Director of Sales and Marketing for the winery. Reporting to the family ownership, he will be responsible for managing sales and the marketing plans in the wholesale market, working closely with Donati’s National Sales and Marketing Company, V2 Wine Group. Bakich will also manage the Direct to Consumer Channel for the winery.

After a career in the Restaurant and Hospitality business Bakich was hired by Donati Family Vineyards in early 2007 to assist in the opening of their tasting room in Templeton, California. He was promoted to the Direct to Consumer Manager position in 2011 helping to grow Donati’s two wine clubs, Paesano Wine Club and the newest one, the Family Reserve Wine Club.

“Mitch has been with our winery for 11 years filling an important role in communicating our story and our wineries growth,” stated Mark Donati, Owner and President of Donati Family Vineyard. “We are excited to move him into this position.”
