Dutton-Goldfield Winery Hires Erika Vitali as Direct Sales Manager
Dutton-Goldfield Winery is pleased to announce the hiring of Erika Vitali as Direct Sales Manager. Erika is a veteran of the wine industry with extensive experience marketing and selling Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Her duties will include social media communications and the planning, management and expansion of all direct sales programs through the tasting room, website, wine club, events and other direct-to-consumer channels. Erika will report directly to Peter Heyworth, President of Dutton-Goldfield.
Prior to joining Dutton-Goldfield Erika was the Direct Sales and Marketing Manager at Pellegrini Wine Company in Santa Rosa. Under her leadership, tasting room traffic and all consumer direct sales increased substantially.
Erika’s resume also includes stints as DTC Manager at West Coast Wine Partners in Glen Ellen, Wine Club Manager at Robert Young Estate Winery in Geyserville and Wine Club Coordinator at Duckhorn Wine Company in St. Helena.
“I am thrilled to become the new Direct Sales Manager at Dutton-Goldfield,” says Erika. “For nearly a decade I have developed and managed DTC sales and social media outreach programs for California wineries. At each property, we were able to increase sales, improve communications and expand our customer base. I’m confident we can do the same at Dutton-Goldfield.”
