The Henry Wine Group Promotes Ed Hogan to CEO

Warner Henry, Owner and Chairman of The Henry Wine Group, announced that Mr. Ed Hogan will assume the responsibility of President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of The Henry Wine Group. “I am delighted today to act on something we’ve been working towards for some time, to strengthen the management team at our family company. In 2012, Ed Hogan joined us as President of the Company, and has brought a great deal of wine industry expertise to our benefit. His experience in all channels of the industry has been invaluable.”

Ed Hogan added, “It is with great enthusiasm and optimism that I accept this expanded role at The Henry Wine Group. I’m honored by Warner Henry’s confidence, and feel fortunate to be working with such a talented and supportive team. I look forward to returning the company to its status as a leader in the industry."

Effective January 7, 2013, Ed Hogan will assume the leadership of the company. At the same time, Warner Henry will relinquish his role as CEO. Also, Mr. William Baribault, who has had a major leadership role as Executive Chairman of the Board and Consultant for the past three plus years, is relinquishing his role as Executive Chairman of the Board and we thank him for his service in that role.
