Olsen Agricultural Enterprises, LLC Adds New Leadership as It Prepares to Exit Chapter 11
Olsen Agricultural Enterprises, LLC. is proud to announce Ben Hanna as their new General Manager. Mr. Hanna brings a strong background in Operations Management and Strategic Market Development. Mr. Hanna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from George Fox University in Newberg, OR.
Ben succeeds Jamie Olsen, who stepped down as Chief Executive in January 2012 to pursue other interests. Jamie is a strong visionary with a tremendous amount of experience in the Oregon grass seed industry. We wish him well in his new endeavors.
Olsen Agriculture Enterprises farms approximately 6,500 acres in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, with a focus on grass seed, peppermint oil, wine grapes, and blueberry production. The company entered Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in June of 2011. Over the past 12 months the company has restructured its’ operations and is positioned to exit bankruptcy in July 2012 with a plan in place to repay all debtors in full with interest.

Mr. Hanna will be responsible for the overall leadership of the company and will report to the board of Managers.
