French Critics Rate Organic and Biodynamic Wines 6-12 Points Higher in Scores Compared to Conventional or Sustainable Wines, Wine Economists Find
February 23, 2021Two professors found that organically grown wines score 6 points higher compared to conventional or sustainable wines and biodynamic wines see an increase of 11.8 points in their scores. "What was most surprising to me was that we found a significant difference between organic and biodynamic versus conventional, but no difference between conventional and sustainable," professor Magali Delmas of UCLA said.
