Yo, ho, ho and a bottle of Lafite! Previously, to find rare and valuable wines on the water, you had to scour the bones of ships wrecked long ago on the sea floor, or at the very least sink your aging barrels underwater in some attempt to capture Poseidon's terroir. But the Chinese, ever resourceful, have found you can make "rare" and expensive wine of oceanic provenance without even having to scuttle the boat.
