Rosé's popularity shows no sign of waning

Over the last couple of decades, the popularity of rosé wines has soared to unforeseen heights and growth looks set to continue. Global production of rosé increased by 8 percent in nine years, totalling 23.8 million hectolitres in 2011 compared with 22.1 mhl in just 2002. It now accounts for a significant 9 percent of total still wine production worldwide
