A developer is suing a Napa Valley businessman for alleged fraud over a project to develop a Bordeaux chateau into a resort, according to a complaint filed in Napa County. Briar Tazuk of Moss Landing alleges in his complaint that Robert Radovan never paid him for his work, according to the court document filed Feb. 1. Tazuk is seeking at least $500,000 in damages and attorney fees, according to the court filing.
