Healdsburg & Artisan Sotheby's International Realty Advises on Sale of Duncan Peak Winery & Vineyards

Tatiana McWilliams and Eric Drew of Healdsburg & Artisan Sotheby’s International Realty represented the recent sale of Duncan Peak Winery and Vineyards in Mendocino County. The winery was founded in 1986 by Hubert and Resa Lenczowski who made nationally and internationally acclaimed wines from their 107 acre vineyard estate in Hopland, California. The property is home to 12 +/- acres of award winning Cabernet, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Dolcetto vineyards that were planted as early as 1982. The winery has achieved national and international recognition through sales in 14 states and overseas. It has garnered awards, competitions and reviews by internationally recognized critics such as Robert Parker, James Laube and Anthony Diaz Blue. The new owners, the Yiyang family, will be expanding the Lenczowski legacy by continuing to make excellent wines and building onto it’s great historic value and brand potential.
