Save the Date for the Virtual HR SUMMIT

SONOMA, CA (September 29, 2020) For the first time in its history, SUMMIT, the forum dedicated to wine industry human resources professionals, will be held as a webcast. On Tuesday, November 10, join expert speakers offering guidance on today’s most salient topics: COVID-19 safety precautions, recruiting, building a diverse and inclusive workforce, salary and professional development, and more.

This year, the 2020 program will kick off with special keynote by Ana Martos of Reality-Based Leadership, an organization founded on leadership development and increasing employee accountability. She’ll lead us through the session “Reality-Based Resilience: A Simple Tool to Overcome Obstacles in Challenging Times.” 

This event is invitation-only, with registration opening in October 2020.
