Winemaker Trials Tastings for WiVi Central Coast Announced

Every wine region is unique. Growing conditions, winemaking issues and consumer marketing challenges are different everywhere. WiVi Central Coast provides a forum for the Central Coast wine industry to come together, learn and network. It is the only comprehensive wine industry symposium and tradeshow of its kind—solely focused on California’s Central Coast.

WiVi Central Coast will also feature winemaker trials on the tradeshow floor, giving attendees the perfect chance to see how different methods change the final outcome of the wine. The experimenting winemakers will be on hand to pour the trial wine, answer questions and discuss results.

Here are the trials showcased on Wednesday, March 13 at the Paso Robles Event Center:
