Position Overview:

The Shipping Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately packaged and dispatched to our customers. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging for quality assurance before shipping.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience: Previous experience in shipping, warehousing, or a related field preferred. Forklift experience desired (training provided).
Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with shipping software and basic computer skills.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in English.

Job Type: Full-time 32-40 hours per week with occasional overtime required. Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm.
