Position Summary
Reporting to the East Division Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead the growth of Sinegal Estate Winery’s on-premise business in Central Florida, with a primary focus on the greater Orlando market. This is a field-based role responsible for driving new distribution, accelerating velocity, and strengthening brand presence across key restaurant, hotel, and country club accounts.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in premium wine sales, established relationships within the Orlando on-premise community, and the ability to operate with an ownership mindset. Success in this role requires strong trade engagement, disciplined execution, and a positive, solutions-oriented approach to independently growing the territory. CRM utilization is a key component of your success.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver annual sales, distribution, and velocity goals in alignment with winery leadership and market strategy
• Maintain a strong and consistent field presence (4–5 days/week) across priority on-premise accounts
• Build and manage a disciplined CRM pipeline of qualified leads, high-value targets, and active opportunities
• Leverage CRM daily to track prospecting, appointments, PODs, conversions, follow-through actions, and outcomes
• Submit weekly sales and activity reporting, including POD gains, depletions, competitive insights, and market trends
• Drive new distribution and menu features while protecting brand integrity and premium pricing standards
• Represent Sinegal Estate at industry, trade, and consumer events — including evenings and weekends as needed
• Execute high-impact market plans during principal/winemaker visits to maximize exposure and ROI
• Support national accounts initiatives through trainings, event execution, and key buyer activations
• Ensure full compliance with state regulations, distributor processes, and company policies

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of field-based wine sales experience to include Orlando, specifically within the on-premise channel
• Strong understanding of the Central Florida wine market, including key account landscape and market dynamics
• Well established relationships with award winning restaurants, luxury hotels, private clubs, and premium on-premise accounts
• Proven proficiency with CRM platforms to manage territory planning, pipelines, and account activity
• High energy, professional communication skills, strong time management, and consistent follow-through and accountability
• Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lbs., with regular travel required, including occasional overnight stays
• Must reside within one hour of Orlando, Florida

• Base Salary: $105,000
• Bonus: 20% annual performance-based
