Tamber Bey Vineyards is seeking a full-time Senior Associate to join their Hospitality team in Calistoga. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized elevated wine-tasting experiences at a 22-acre horse ranch and ultra-premium winery. The ideal candidate will be an experienced wine educator with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering memorable winery experiences for guests
Educating visitors about Tamber Bey wines and winemaking processes
Selling wine and signing club memberships
Cultivating relationships with new and repeat customers
Maintaining a professional demeanor that complements the elevated experience

Requirements:

3+ years of hospitality or winery-related experience
Availability on weekends is required
Strong computer skills (ie, POS experience)
WSET Level 1 certification or equivalent (company will provide)
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods

The compensation package is highly competitive, with the potential to exceed $100,000 annually through:
