We’re seeking a charismatic and results-driven Wine Store Manager to lead our Buckhead location, the second boutique wine shop in our growing family. This hybrid concept blends retail and tasting room experiences, and we’re looking for someone who brings passion, leadership, and attention to detail to every shift.

Your Role:
As Store Manager, you’ll work closely with our CEO and Sales Director to lead all aspects of store operations, from team development to inventory management, events, and financial oversight. You’ll create a welcoming space for guests while driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a motivated, high-performing team

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain Perrine’s standards

Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and weekly ordering

Oversee visual merchandising and ensure a clean, inviting shop environment

Maintain weekly marketing and social media content aligned with brand vision

Monitor and report on KPIs (sales goals, conversion, average ticket, etc.)

Take ownership of the P&L and all store-level financials, including payroll and cost controls

Create staff schedules and uphold operational systems and SOPs

Operate and manage POS platforms (Lightspeed + Shopify)

Support hiring and onboarding with an eye for cultural fit and excellence

Initiate and complete special projects to improve store flow and performance

Create a seamless connection between retail and tasting room experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing a wine shop or working as a senior sommelier in a leadership role

Solid understanding of wine and a passion for sharing it with others

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics

A hands-on leader who’s adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new platforms quickly
