Guest Services Coordinator

Lambert Bridge Winery is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to join our team and provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a refined, customer-focused environment and enjoys curating elevated wine experiences. As our guests' first point of contact, you will handle reservations, answer inquiries, and ensure seamless visits by managing schedules through TOCK. Your knowledge of our wines, experiences, and policies will be essential in delivering a high-touch, personalized experience for every guest.
The ideal candidate has a background in luxury hospitality, a passion for wine, and outstanding organizational and communication skills. In addition to reservation management, you’ll support guest check-ins, sales transactions, and occasional special events. A collaborative mindset is key, as you’ll work closely with our team to maintain an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication. Weekend availability is required. Job Duties + Responsibilities
• Answer phones and emails to facilitate reservations and provide customer support
• Schedule reservations through TOCK and record detailed guest notes in guest accounts
• Understand guest count limitations in TOCK
• Use of best judgement to accommodate walk-in guests
• Confirm reservations prior to visiting via phone
• Knowledge of winery offerings including tastings, experiences, and visitation policies
• Describe wines and winery history and be able to answer all visitors' questions about our brand
• Print and organize tasting menus for all experiences
• Manage early/late appointments by adjusting the service requirements for the day as needed
• Support the team with special events/requests as needed
• Contribute to and support the vision of a harmonious teamwork environment
• Convey an elevated atmosphere of hospitality in all guest-facing spaces
• Weekly meetings with membership, marketing, and hospitality to present reservation outlook
Other Duties as assigned may include:
• Occasionally assisting wine educators by welcoming and seating guests
Job Requirements + Skills
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 3 years of luxury guest service experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in the wine industry
• Basic knowledge of wine
• Proficient computer skills and comfortability with phone, reservations and POS systems, preferably AMS + TOCK
• Knowledge of local restaurants and familiarity with the principles of other wineries and industry partners
• Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks are required
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly professional appearance and demeanor
Work Environment
• The guest services coordinator is primarily stationed in an office space and may require occasional interaction with guests and team members throughout the winery. The position involves sitting for extended periods of time (standing desk available)
Schedule Requirements
• Must be available to work weekends

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds as needed

• Base compensation range: $24.00 - $26.00
