Facilities Maintenance Lead
Reports to the COO/CFO
Primary Responsibilities
The Facilities lead will be the primary point of contact and leadership for maintaining the Merryvale facilities. This position will:
• Create capital expense budgets for maintenance and equipment
• Work closely with vineyard and winemaking to assess needs for upcoming harvests
• Create and administer a maintenance schedules for both facilities
• Be proactive in assessing end of life of equipment
• Vetting and tracking vendor performance
• Leading the housekeeping crew
• Always looking for ways to improve processes and save money
• Supervising capital projects
• Managing landscaping crews for both facilities
Requirements:
• Skilled and knowledgeable with technology
• Knowledge of PLC systems
• Engineering know how
• Organized with an attention to detail
• Knowledge of winery or other beverage operations
