WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

Our ideal Order Fulfillment Associate is a proven team player with a can-do attitude.? You’ll be responsible for fulfilling orders, receiving, inventory control, and assisting customers with curbside and in-store pickups. If you’re positive, hardworking, and looking for an opportunity to join a great company we want to hear from you! 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

Pick and process customers wine, beer, and spirits orders
Maintain, update, and follow up on problem orders (missing items, credit card declines, etc.) 

Assist customers with curbside and in-store pickup orders
Receive, load and unload deliveries and transfers
Check-in and put away product deliveries and transfers  
Occasional local deliveries in company van as needed
Consolidate, maintain, and organize orders in the Will-Call area ?  
General Warehouse and Will-Call area maintenance – sweeping, cardboard breakdown, etc.  
Work in conjunction with retail operations manager to ensure a safe and organized facility for our customers and teammates 

REQUIREMENTS 

Must be able to work Wednesday - Sunday 10am-7pm
Positive attitude
Customer service oriented and enjoys being part of a team

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
Ability to load, unload, and operate a hand truck safely
Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours each day 
Ability to bend stoop, twist, and kneel frequently 

Previous experience with MS Office, shipping software, warehouse management technology, and handheld devices preferred
