Job Description:

Fior di Sole is a family-owned and operated wine company located in the heart of Napa Valley, producing exceptional quality wines from Napa and throughout California for over 24 years. The Administrative Assistant to the EHS department provides high- level administrative support. The Administrative Assistant conducts research, prepares statistical reports, manages files, handles information requests, schedules meetings, receives visitors, and manages special projects under the direction of the DOT/EHS Manager.

Reports to: DOT/EHS Manager

Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Location: Onsite at Napa, CA headquarters

You Will:
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
Corresponds via email, phone, and group chats proficiently.
Copies, scans, and converts documents to emails
Maintain departments appointments and schedules meetings.
Maintain and monitor calendar for deadlines.
Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Provide historical reference by developing and using filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
Contribute to team effort by supporting EHS/DOT related tasks.
All other duties as assigned

You Have:
2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant.
Experience with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets (data entry, sheet merging, formulating cells, etc.)
Excellent communication and social skills.
Positive, outgoing personality.
Capable of preserving confidential information.
Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
An outgoing, positive personality.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Experience with Concur, preferred but not required.
