Job Description:

SUMMARY: This position is a terrific opportunity to land at one of the industry’s leading luxury wine companies. The Pricing Administrator is a member of the Wholesale Customer Service team, responsible for accurate and timely maintenance of pricing for wine and other related products. The position requires strong attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•  Maintain wine price workbooks and Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP (NAV) with current and library pricing; maintenance includes vintage transitions, new items, and price changes
•  Create/maintain monthly customer facing pricing documents for Domestic Field Sales team
•  Create pricing documents for Export Field Sales every 3 months or as requested
•  Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Production to ensure accuracy of vintages, formats, and prices
•  Facilitate and document the management approvals required for price levels and terms
•  Administer changes to California Pricing:
o Create new and modify existing pricing programs in NAV to support California’s matrixed pricing as well as National Account placements
o Maintain pricing for California Direct National Account portals, working closely with the Chain Sales team and California Sales VP
o Collect and file appropriate documentation for Audits
•  Investigate and resolve pricing disparities
•  Set up new, revise and maintain product registrations and pricing in domestic distributor portals (e.g. RNDC, SGWS) to ensure fluid order processing
•  Act as primary point of contact with Compliance department on pricing and wholesale registration readiness
•  Provide back-up to Customer Service team, Allocations team and other duties as required

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
•  Minimum 3+ years’ experience in comparable position; degree preferred
•  Spirits/Wine Industry knowledge with solid understanding of the three-tier distribution supply chain desired
•  Superior PC skills (MS Office, Adobe, Excel, and Word) required
•  Developed business acumen with excellent interpersonal, phone and written skills
•  Ability to work with all levels of the organization (production, executive management, sales, and marketing)
•  Highly developed analytical problem-solving, numeric, and organizational skills required with ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP is highly desired but not required
