Summary:
The Bottling Line Operator is responsible for maintaining a superior quality of wines by performing a variety of routine bottling and cleaning procedures as well as special projects, such as hand labeling, special packaging, and other non-standard packaging.

Responsibilities:
-Ensures the automatic loader (Champengal) is functioning correctly and bottles are loaded and proceeding through the line efficiently
-Responsible for stocking supplies and watching for low fills or abnormalities with the operation of each piece of equipment
-Responsible for label changes and inspection of labels as they move through the line
-Follow all safety procedures in operation of equipment and daily operations
-Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
-Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
-Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years winery production experience and familiarity with industrial equipment
-Knowledge of safe production practices, including safety of equipment and following procedures
-Adheres to safety regulations and maintains efficient working environment
-Willingness to work the second shift
-Consistently punctual with an eagerness to contribute
-High focus on accuracy and details
-Valid certification to operate forklifts or ability to become certified
-Ability to understand and perform basic math
-Ability to understand and perform basic measurements
