Transaction Manager

Job Description:

The Transaction Manager is a key member that must provide exceptional support and critical thinking—looking for a strategic and self-motivated candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit and career-driven mindset. Must be a hardworking, trustworthy, and organized person with a strong ability to multi-task. A can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a demanding and changing work environment are necessary.

Duties include but are not limited to:
The Transaction Manager will be responsible for providing exemplary support to a leader in barrel services for the wine and spirit industry. They are required to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on time.

Managing transactions promptly
Collaborating with superiors and account executives to create strategic facility objectives
Develop and oversee transactions through each phase and lease funding
Evaluating dates, contract options, and preparing strategic direction for each client for repetitive funding
Prepare and execute all leasing documents in on-time phases
Constantly updating CRM to reflect client changes and deadlines
Prepare documentation for lenders and vendors
Customer files are constantly updated
Interact with Account Executive and client on a daily basis
Process multiple files at the same time at various stages, from the approval process to funding?? ?
Self-starter with energy to work flexible hours and tight deadlines?
Monitors lease expirations?
Provide feedback and weekly production reports to Senior Management
Manage the relationship and information flow between the company, lender, and client?
Review transactions associated with documents?
Ensure to process documents pertinent to initial leasing and renewals??
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents?
Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills?

Position requirements:
4-year college degree required
A minimum of 3-5 years of transaction management experience
Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, EXCEL, Publisher, Word, and Outlook)?
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail oriented
Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms

Relationship:
The position is full-time based in Napa, CA, and will report directly to the Director of Sales??
