POSITION SUMMARY:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for ensuring HR processes and systems are accurate and in compliance with internal policy and external regulatory requirements, as well driving continuous improvement in the areas of HR Operations, HRIS and Benefits Administration. This position ensures that the day-to-day HR transactions associated with these areas are executed timely and efficiently, leveraging technology while ensuring an employment experience consistent with the company values and HR strategy. Additionally, this position works with the HR Business Partners to ensure annual processes (such as performance management, benefits and engagement surveys etc.) are conducted accurately and efficiently through use of technology & HR data. This position partners with the Payroll Manager and is the backup for payroll processing. This role participates in payroll processing, auditing, cross-checking and other related activities as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Process Management and Execution
- Ensures efficient processes are in place to manage the day-to-day HR transactions associated with hiring, onboarding, employee changes, training, and off-boarding
- Manages and monitors the timely and accurate electronic filing and retention of employee records
- Drives continuous improvement and leverages technology to increase speed, accuracy and efficiency of the above
- Partners with HRBP’s to drive process improvements, ensuring the transaction processes meet the needs of stakeholders and are easily activated

HRIS, Audits & Reporting
- Ensures systems/processes are updated timely and accurately by maintaining data in systems; to include ADP and other systems including benefit carrier websites
- Establishes processes to audit HRIS data and benefit vendor payments
- Implements automation with regard to SOX controls/act as point person on HR requirements for audits
- Works with payroll and VP of HR on 401k audits, coordinating with plan administrator and independent auditor
- Develops reporting and/or dashboards to the HR team and key business stakeholders to effectively evaluate organizational key metrics.
- Prepares ad hoc reporting for HR team and/or managers
- Partners with Finance to ensure accurate headcount and labor cost reporting
- Responsible for setting up systems, processes and tools to accurately track/report on labor related metrics (headcount, costs, turnover, time to fill, etc.)
- Manages the CWG Emergency Alert System and updates company wide text alerts

Payroll Support/Backup
- Maintains proper controls while performing timely data entry pertaining to new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, promotions, etc.
- Partner with the Payroll Manager to ensure a successful HRIS/payroll system conversion.
- Performs payroll audits and cross checks each payroll period.
- Acts as the payroll backup with regard to payroll processes; runs one payroll per quarter to ensure cross training.
- Collaborates with the Payroll Manager to ensure that SOX controls and separation of duties are met.
- Assists with file feeds and automation as needed.

Benefits Administration & Compliance
- Partners with VP of HR to support the annual review and renewal of benefit programs
- Develops and circulates benefit related employee communications
- Ensures that benefits related collateral is timely and accurate. Works with HR Coordinator to ensure collateral is loaded on Company Intranet.
- Monitors and ensures that benefit compliance is met in all areas with regard to training, reporting and noticing employees.
- Administers leave of absence policies and details, ensuring clear and accurate communications to the impacted employee and coordinating details to the Payroll related service providers.
- Keeps up to date on HR compliance requirements and implement updated and/or new internal compliance processes as needed.
- Monitors Vendor and daily administration of the 401k benefit program; ensuring tasks are completed timely. Audits the 401k program. Coordinates Employee 401k education.
- Leads the CWG Wellness Program efforts for the organization including education, activities, etc.
- Manages the development and submission of timely and accurate compliance reporting, actions and/or record administration to include, but not limited to EEO-1, Vet-100, 5500’s, SPDs, I-9 records, OSHA 300 Logs, Sexual Harassment Prevention Training etc.
- Monitors and updates as needed the regulatory postings at all office sites.

EDUCATION & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
•  5+ years of HR/IT admin exp. to include accountability for one or more key HR processes and responsibility for HR technology implementation(s) or upgrades.
•  Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, HR, IT or related field preferred.
•  Proficient in HRIS solutions, ADP WFN / UltiPro preferred.
