About the Role
TWE seeks a Regional Environmental Sustainability and Compliance Manger to lead the oversight and implementation of a comprehensive and continuously improving sustainability and environmental compliance program across the Americas region to reach our 2024 goals and beyond.
This role is responsible for determining how the business should react when new environmental compliance regulations are implemented within the region and evaluates and makes decisions regarding projects that will be implemented to help achieve sustainability goals. Other major responsibilities include determining the systems and processes needed to support the businesses delivery of the Sustainable Futures agenda.
You have a Bachelors Degree or higher in Sustainability or Environmental Compliance and 3+ years of experience. You have a passion for Sustainability, and you are looking for a role leading and influencing those who do not prioritize environmental compliance and sustainability and you have an ability to work independently.
You have a strong understanding of local, state and federal sustainability and compliance laws and you are analytical. You look at things from an improvement perspective. You enjoy working in an environment where there is plenty of opportunity for growth, fun and collaboration. You enjoy getting out in the business and meeting your stakeholders.
