SUMMARY: The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator is responsible for providing support by applying information technology concepts to business processes and application systems to meet the business needs and goals as assigned. This role will provide technical and functional support for CRM Business Applications to users within the organization.


•  Provide application support to staff for assigned business applications; this includes, but is not restricted to, the in-depth analysis of application functionality and its application to the business, evaluation of the applicability of applications to solve technical and business issues
•  Create, maintain and support configurations specific to Customer Service within the Dynamics CRM user interface
•  Create, maintain, and enforce data integrity standards
•  Communicate and present and relevant information to non-technical audiences
•  Research and implement best practices on how to grow and improve the company’s use of Dynamics CRM
•  Work with Microsoft Support and Internal Support, as well as any related external vendors, to resolve issues, and/or install and maintain third party software tools
•  Ad hoc/Power BI reporting as needed
•  Keep abreast of new developments in the IT field and strive to improve the technology delivered to support the business continually
•  Analyze processes of the business, suggesting and implementing improvements
•  Function as the lead on projects to architect, implement or enhance and test systems and applications to meet dynamic business needs
•  Perform complex configuration, change management and testing activities to support a service-oriented architecture and integration between all applications
•  Troubleshoot non-programming related issues
•  Work in tandem with the development team to develop tech specs
•  Communicate with other departments and train their staff on the best processes to use
•  Conduct data analysis to improve workflow efficiency.
•  Conduct project analysis, evaluation and execution and support the implementation process
•  Occasional travel to site locations to provide additional support as needed
•  Back-up support as needed and special projects as assigned by the Director
•  Establish and maintain policies, procedures, FAQs, SOPs and documentation
•  Design, develop, test and deploy data integration processes across multiple systems
•  Understand API and third-party connectors to the common data model
•  Perform other related duties as assigned

•  Strong understanding of jquery, fetch xml, odata, scripting, modern web content platforms
•  Functional knowledge of Visual Studio, Power BI, MS Power Automate (or Flow) PowerApps
•  Extensive knowledge of Client Support systems and/or processes
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, specifically the Customer Service module
•  Understanding of Dynamics CRM entities such as contact, accounts and case management
•  Ability to manage custom plug-in within Dynamics CRM with C# code is preferred
•  Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
•  Ability to be well organized and to perform under minimal supervision
•  Ability to successfully manage multiple projects, using or project related tools
•  Knowledge of systems administration and how systems integrate
•  Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment
•  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of personnel
•  Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
•  Three plus years’ experience in implementations and supporting users with one of the following: Microsoft Dynamic, Navision and CRM
•  A solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain management, accounting and finance concepts is a must
•  Ability to be on-call in response to system failures or other problems that might interrupt system operation during the scheduled system availability commitment
•  SQL Server, SSRS and DBA experience including the ability to develop storage, views and functions is a plus
•  EDI Business Intelligence related experience
•  Service-oriented personality, positive attitude and passion for technology
•  Must have good driving record and be able to drive long distances as needed
•  Experience with Web APIs including SOAP, Rest Odata, etc.
•  In depth knowledge of ETL \ iPaas Architecture and Administration (Boomi, Tallen, Informatica, etc.)
•  Experience with both Salesforce and website integration, support and administration
