Job Description:

Deeply rooted in California winemaking and ideally situated on the St. Helena Highway, Cosentino Winery is THE place to relax, sip and savor the distinctive varietals of Napa and Lodi. With nearly 40 years of experience crafting and sharing our wines, we are dedicated to creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

The Estate Manager oversees the flow of systems for the winery estate while balancing the management of its tasting room operations. In this role, this person showcases exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to elevated service standards. This position will provide training, mentoring, and incentives to the tasting room staff to ensure monthly and annual sales goals are met.


•  Weekly inventory transfers from VWE headquarters
•  Scheduling and payroll approval
•  Marketing, management and promotion of tasting room events
•  Work closely with Web Team to update and modify website content as necessary
•  Work closely with upper management to execute capital expenditures projects
•  Interview, hire and onboard sales team members
•  Oversee maintenance of all winery functions - water system, landscaping, tenant relations
•  Point person for housekeeping team, part time facilities/maintenance employee(s) & landscaping employee
•  Directs housekeepers and all Estate staff on brand visual standards (flowers, guest experiences, supplies, etc.)
•  On site liaison for Bin to Bottle
•  Create, implement and maintain outreach programs
•  Create, implement and maintain strategies to meet and exceed goals set by corporate


•  A strong level of organizational skills

•  Commitment to excellence and high standards
•  Excellent people management, organizational and customer service skills
•  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and POS systems


•  3+ years’ experience with tasting room management
•  Knowledge of wines and wine production
•  Experience with developing and managing budgets
•  Evidence of superior sales performance preferred
•  TIPS and CA Food Handler Certifications preferred, but not required
