Warehouse Associate
**$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS*Shift: Monday - Thursday (3pm-1:30am)
Job Summary

Utilizing documented process flows, the Warehouse Associate may receive incoming trucks and product off-load, sort, and re-stack product and wrap for delivery based on routes by stop order.

1.Off-load incoming trucks, 4 - 6 per day using electric MHE

2.Stage pallets by route and area

3.Match up any staged / re-distribution orders to the correct routes

4.Down stack, match, and organize by route and stop details

5.Inspect for accuracy, proper counts, and damages

6.Safely and accurately build orders/routes by the printed manifest in stop order; 30 - 40 routes per day

7.Safely wrap completed pallets securely with pallet tags indicating the route and stop numbers associated to each pallet

8.Safely and accurately load each delivery truck by dispatch priority

9.Document and communicate any overages, shortages, and damages immediately and prior to the route being completed and the delivery truck leaving

10.All paperwork placed in order by route to be delivered back to the office in full to be filed

11.Daily cleanup of the dock, offices, outside yard, and facilities are needed at the end of the day

12.Participate in counting of physical inventory where applicable

13.Maintain safe and clean work environment.

14.Immediately report breakage to supervisor.

15.Maintain productivity and quality standards.

16.Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to manager.

17.Arrive to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.

18.Meet established goals and objectives.

19.Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Warehouse environment; may be subjected to loud noise, temperature and weather extremes.

Pallet jack, forklift, reach truck, time clock, office equipment (including computer/printer, fax, photocopier, calculator, and telephone).

Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, sitting, standing, frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Minimum Requirement:

1.High School Diploma or GED.

2.Ability to lift and/or move 40lbs

3.Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire; Certified forklift operator preferred.

4.Demonstrated effective communication skills.

5.Must be able to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.

6.Must be able to work all holiday hours as the posted schedule requires.
