Job Description:

We are a growing wine importer and distributor, based in Long Island City (Queens) in need of administrative support. Primary duties involve providing administrative support to Office Managers responsible for inbound and outbound logistics. The role is initially part-time, with the possibility of evolving to full-time as the business grows.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

•  Assist with reporting (Commission Reports, Metrics Reports, Accounts Receivable Reports, Inventory Reports, Bill Back Reports, Sales Reports)

•  Data Entry (Inbound logs, entering checks, entering bills, deposits, vendor wires)

•  Customer Service (Respond to invoice requests, website inquiries, customer statements, answering the phone

•  Compliance (Brand Registrations, COLA filing, SLA reporting assistance, Annual Wholesalers Report)

•  Quickbooks a must
•  Proficient with Excel
•  Ability to master new skills
•  Creative, flexible, team player
•  Well organized
•  Strong written and oral communication
•  Ability to multi-task
