The Business Solutions Specialist will have an integral role in the operations of products and services and will ensure superior service delivery, of our SAP ERP and related systems. The Business Solutions Specialist is expected to take in charge the monitoring and management of all the business applications, providing escalation, resolution updates and recommending best practices.
This individual is a ‘hands on’ creative quick thinker, loves problem solving, identifying and developing solutions, as well as socialize ideas and concepts to the rest of the team. A key contributor to the Domaine Chandon continuous improvement and efficiency program through digital transformation.
Being a great business partner, working closely with the business process teams and the user community in resolving business process issues and translating them in systems improvements, and keeping a regular contact with the global technical teams, the Business Solutions Specialist will ensure of the evolution of our ecosystem following prescribed business and security requirements.

Responsibilities
-Play a key role in business projects to guarantee IT representation and ensure systems consistency
-Develop data integration between SAP and any existing or future external business applications
-Communicate with the business about evolution and explain the impact
-Manage key projects with 3rd party system implementation partner (project management skills)
-Anticipate/ understand and challenge business requirements
-Formalize new business requirements (functional specifications)
-Implement new processes and systems to improve service delivery and efficiency to our users

Requirements
-5+ years of cross-functional, business-oriented, IT operations.
-Strong Experience with SAP ERP systems required and retail systems
-Strong Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Controlling, and business process concepts.
-Capacity of understanding business users’ goals and strategies
-Strong ability in pragmatic decision making
-Excellent knowledge of the business processes
-Outstanding project management skills
-Capability of interacting and communicating with very different styles of users at all levels
-Fluent in English, French is a plus
-Degree in IT; Advance degree preferred
-Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing-
-Work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
-Ability to think outside the box, be innovative & creative
-Willingness to be versatile & flexible in a fast-paced, continually evolving work environment
