Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
•  Analyze and report on portfolio and brand financial performance vs budget
•  Track and report on usage of internal and external supports vs budget
•  Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Sales leadership on implementation of supports
•  Work closely with SVP / GM and Portfolio Management on opportunity and rationalization analysis assessments, for the portfolio.
•  Act as departmental point in collaboration with Portfolio management and the Contracts department to aid in the monitoring and execution of pertinent terms and conditions of commercial agreements and legal contracts.
•  Attend key supplier/producer annual performance and commitment meetings
•  Provide analytical support to SVP/GM and Portfolio Management teams, including but not limited to:

•  Supplier Production, Purchase, and Commitment reports
•  Detailed Producer Performance Reports

Other Functions:

•  Work with sales management and customer service to review LLS open order queue to identify and escalate stalled or slow moving orders
•  Work closely with Portfolio Management and Business Coordinator to manage and maintain portfolio pricing.
•  Oversee and support the Business Coordinator on cost maintenance, vendor setup, and other related functions.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
•  Keep SVP informed of projects and task assignments
•  Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicates hazards and/or suggests improvements to

Manager.
•  All other duties as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS

Overtime work may be required, normal office environment; travel by airplane and automobile; occasional overnight and overseas travel

EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED

Telephone, fax machine, copier, computer, calculator, scanner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lifting up to 20 lbs., bending, sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
•  College BS or BA degree required.
•  3-5 years' experience working in an administrative or accounting function, with personnel management preferred
•  Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
•  Superior follow through and the ability to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision.
•  Italian Speaking not required but a considerable plus
•  Valid Driver's License
