Job Description:

TERRITORY: Based in Healdsburg to start and then transition to assigned territory.
(Sierra Foothills, Central Valley, Lodi California Area - New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado)

Criveller California Corp, an established winery/beer/spirits and olive oil equipment supplier, is searching for an Account Executive that is working (or has worked) in the wine/wine equipment industry and has a complete knowledge of the wine making/brewing process. We are looking for SERIOUS career minded salespeople who understand the potential to live comfortably on salary plus commissions. Organizational and communication skills of the highest levels are required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

•  Customer Centric Selling Focused
•  Prospecting, cold-calling, presenting, and closing
•  You own the sales cycle, and have the support of our administrative team to ensure continued support before, during and after the sale.
•  Understands and sets daily/weekly/monthly/annual priorities
•  Finds and manages resources simultaneously to get things done
•  Manages multiple tasks at the same time; uses time efficiently and effectively
•  Utilize Pipeline CRM to manage your contacts and sales activities
•  Meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales
•  Learn all aspects of equipment available to sell – exceptional training provided along with extended support from management
•  Attend shows, seminars, and other relevant events to promote products and generate leads
•  Keep current on local events and establish a network within your assigned territory

Compensation and Benefits:

•  Base Salary with uncapped commission potential

Qualifications:

•  At least 3 years proven track record in Sales.
•  Background in technical sales is essential.
•  Experience with winery/beverage equipment
•  Wine Industry experience/contacts a definite plus
•  Must be computer literate - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
